Also one Qatari contracting company has decided to use Elkon Concrete Batching Plants for his projects in Doha. 1 unit Elkomix-120TW Fully Automatic Stationary Concrete Batching Plant with 3000/2000 liter Twinshaft Mixer (with double discharge gate ) and with double speed skip hoist, 2 units 300 tons bolted type cement silo and 1 set micro silica feeding system is ordered by the company. This plant is designed specially for customer’s limited area . ELKON’dan Libya'ya 300 TON Çimento Silosu İhracatı Üretim yelpazesinde bulunan 75 ton, 100 ton, 150 ton civatalı tip çimento silosuna ilave olarak 300 ton ve 500 ton civatalı tip çimento silosu üretmeye başlayan firmamız ELKON ilk 300 ton civatalı tip çimento silosunu gecen hafta Libya’ya ihraç etmiştir. 1 adet 300 ton civatalı tip çimento silosu, 1 adet çimento silo filtresi, 1 takım çimento silo aksesuarları ve 1 adet çimento helezonu Libya’ya denizyolu ile 1 adet 40 ‘ OT Konteyner ile sevk edilmiştir.

300 Tons Cement Silo Exportation From ELKON ELKON has exported his first 300 Tons Bolted Type Cement Silo to Libya last week. Elkon newly started to manufacture 300 tons and 500 tons Bolted Type Cement Silos additional to existing ones (75 tons, 100 tons and 150 tons Bolted Type Cement Silos ) 1 unit 300 tons Bolted Type Cement Silo, 1 unit cement silo filter, 1 set cement silo equipments and 1 unit cement screw are delivered to Libya by only 1 unit 40’ OT Container.

New Exportation Record From ELKON in May 2008... Beside his export success (22 concrete batching plants ) in April 2008, ELKON made a new record by exporting 24 units concrete batching plants in May 2008. According to Turkish Exporters’ Assembly’s Report, Elkon who is number 1 in concrete batching plant in exportation, took his place as 371st exporter company in 2007. ELKON has exported those batching plants to countries such as Poland, Saudi Arabia, Bulgaria , Russia etc.

MOBIL MASTER SERIES BATCHING PLANTS

   
 
 

Mobil Series Batching Plants are not only the result of advanced technology and engineering skills but they are also new generation Batching Plants. It is only possible to fit all units of the Batching Plant to a limited area by extensive RE&DE work, experience and accurate production facilities. In the world the number of companies that produce mobile batching plants, in real terms are only limited to 3-5.

Mobil Master Series Batching Plants can go thousands of kilometers on its own axle with a single towing vehicle for instance a trailer. When compared with the stationary batching plants with similar capacities the Mobil Master Series Batching Plants have the following superior attributes.
 

1. Less transportation costs (The transportation costs are 3 to 4 times less than the transportation costs of the Stationary Batching Plants)

2. Easy Installation and put into operation. If all the necessary conditions are supplied it takes maximum a day to install and put into operation Mobil Master Series Batching Plants (It takes 8 to 15 days to install a similar capacity Stationary Batching Plants.)

3. Minimum foundation expenses. The Mobile Series Batching Plants do not require a special foundation. It is only required to build ramps from both sides to feed aggregate to the bunker. If there is additional cement silo it is also required to make a foundation for this silo. (The foundation expenses of the similar capacity Stationary Batching Plants are 2 - 3 times more)

4.There is no need  for a big area for installation .With this attribute the Mobil Master Series is ideal for installation in construction sites. When installed in the construction sites concrete transportation expenses are minimized.

5. Due to its attribute of easy dismantlement , it is possible   to change the place of the Batching Plant very easily and quickly.
